MAGCON

These boys whom we all love and adore so much have definitely taken vining to another level of awesomity. That’s why we love them and have decided to write about them because they are awesome. Besides all the drama these boys have been having they still deserve  recognition especially Shawn Mendes who’s been busy touring with one of our favourites Taylor Swift and to think he started when he was young just playing the guitar..Jack Johnson and Gilinsky are also cool and have a very nice rap song together that’s why we love them .The rest are still making vines together that have us rolling on the floor laughing until our stomachs hurt.No wonder we are crazy in love about them…#stick stains

Though You Are Grown

<!–

–>

I remember years ago,
you were so little then.
Sometimes,
I can’t help but wish,
that you were small again.
I’ve cried when you’ve faced heartaches,
and saw, that as you grew,
nothing broke your Spirit,
instead it strengthened you.
I’m filled with mixed emotions,
as I hold back all the tears
and, with much pride remember,
back so many years.
When I first held you in my arms,
if only I’d have known,
the years would feel like moments,
after you had grown.
You aren’t a child,
though in my eyes,
I guess you’ll always be,
that baby boy who changed my life,
and means the world to me….#stickstains

Mommy

<!–

–>

You brushed my hair and tucked me in,
Made me laugh for hours on end.
You kissed my boo-boos when I fooled around.
Mommy, you never let me down.

You held my hand as I got my shots
Then took me for ice cream that hit the spot.
You bought me Polly-Pockets and Barbies too.
Mommy, there’s no one quite like you

You held my hand as I walked through the door,
Then you met my teacher as I stared at the floor.
You told me it’d be fun, and I’d make friends too,
And for that reason, Mommy, I love you.

You listened to me talk about the drama and boys
Then taught me how to handle it with class and poise.
You spoke with wisdom and of things you know.
You love to hear me say, “Mommy, you told me so.”

You love the Lord with all you heart,
And you’re kind and gentle and pretty and smart
If I could be anyone, I’d pick you
‘Cause, Mommy, the world would be better with two of you.

You’ve taught me so much, with more in store
And with each day that passes, I love you more…#stickstains

THE REAL STARS IN OUR LIVES..

As you get older, especially after high school and college, maintaining relationships become a lot harder. Instead of seeing people every day, you have to put in the effort of making time for people. The road goes both ways, though. You will soon find who is willing to make the effort to maintain your friendship, but you have to make the effort as well#STICK STAINS

poem of the week

Just My Mask,

Of course I’m fine, why do you ask?
Oh don’t mind this, it’s just my mask.
It hides the grief, it hides the strife,
I wear this mask, to escape the knife.

Don’t forget this, my pain is real,
I’m not lying, this is how I feel.
You sit there saying, it can’t be true,
it is for me, just not for you.

You say my heart, must be a sight,
cold as ice, and black as night.
It’s not my heart, only my soul,
but killing me, must be your goal.

You’re getting close, I hope you know,
you really don’t, have far to go.
Soon enough, I’ll reach my end,
you’ll have my soul, to tear and rend.

But you don’t know, you never ask,
you never look, beyond the mask.
The look on my face, is giving me away,
I wonder now, what you will say?

You’ve asked me here, you’ll know now,
I’ll take it off, I’ll take a bow…
I can’t do it now, tell you the truth,
I must keep up, my pretense of youth.

“Of course I’m fine, why do you ask?
Oh don’t mind this, it’s just my mask” ..#stickstains
